The hall church with drawn-in polygonal chancel and ridge turret above the west gable comes from different times.

The western part of the church is still Romanesque, the chancel is Gothic and between 1739-41 the entire building was remodeled in a uniform manner. The windows were probably enlarged at the same time.

The porch was slightly brought forward at the end of the 19th century. The interior is flat-tiled with late 19th century stencil painting on the eaves. The horseshoe gallery shows neo-Gothic forms.

A niche for sacraments can be seen in the south side of the chancel. In the classicist pulpit altar (19th century), the pulpit of the previous building was used again.
