Needs very little explanation: the most southwesterly tip of mainland England, Land's End. This is a mecca for endurance challenges such as Land's End to John o'Groats, for both cyclists and hikers, as well as a popular tourist destination.

The best way to ride to Land's End is via the Cornish Way cycle route from Sennen, which is a well laid and traffic free gravel track over the clifftops.

Jutting out into the English Channel and Celtic Sea, Land's End is an iconic headland on the Penwith Peninsula in Cornwall. Land's End is known thanks to the popular end to end Land's End to John O'Groats route.

A haven with rock climbers and wildlife enthusiasts alike, the area has many rocky islets and interesting plants. You will also find great beaches and tourist infrastructure here.

Great views. Hotel is good for meals or coffee etc. Poignant place but we prefer Cape Cornwall
