The Nazario Sauro promenade runs alongside the Provincial Art Gallery and connects Piazza Diaz with the Perotti promenade. The extensive seafront of Bari includes several city arteries, including the best known via Imperatore Augusto, Araldo di Crollalanza and Nazario Sauro. The latter starts from the roundabout in Piazza Armando Diaz and allows a panoramic view of the coast. Many buildings of considerable historical and cultural importance overlook the seafront, such as the “Corrado Giaquinto” Provincial Art Gallery. The sea view path is ideal for jogging and long walks in the open air.
