The Vrouwenheide is a high hilltop in the Netherlands and a former heathland south of the village of Ubachsberg, municipality of Voerendaal. The Vrouwenheide is a geological monument consisting of witness mounds and is part of the Island of Ubachsberg and the Plateau of Ubachsberg. The three forested peaks are called the Kopjes van Ubachsberg. For a long time it was thought that the Vrouwenheide was the highest point in the Netherlands because from the top you can look over the Vaalserberg to the even higher Eifel.
