The church in Stvolny dates from the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries. The consequences of the Hussite wars were eliminated by the repairs of 1480-90, the Thirty Years' War by the repairs of 1664-77, and the devastation after 1945 was attempted to be stopped by a gradual restoration in recent years.
