Puig Major is the highest peak in Mallorca. It stands out from the rest of the mountains in the Sierra de Tramuntana because it is the only one that has antennas and a radar at the top. This mountain is military property, so it can only be accessed with a special permit. In any case, it can be perfectly appreciated from the Cúber reservoir and the surrounding peaks. The views are gorgeous!

Anyone who visits the Cúber reservoir feels transported to the Alps. The higher of two reservoirs that supply Palma de Mallorca with drinking water is surrounded by peaks in a quiet, untouched nature.
