This tower connected with the Castillo de Carchuna and with the Torre del Zambullón in the municipality of Gualchos.
El Farillo de Calahonda is one of the most representative places in this area. Built in 1575 by the bricklayer Juan Alonso, it served to protect and defend the Port of Calahonda from the west.
