The Mirador del Rio offers great views of the island of La Graciosa, Montana Clara, the beach - and of course the Atlantic. Entry times are daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (prices: €5/adult, €2.50/child). There is a cafeteria inside, and you can look outside through the arched panoramic windows. The side doors of the cafeteria lead out onto the panoramic terrace, and a spiral staircase in the cafe leads up to the roof (outdoor), from which the view is of course also magnificent.
Here, too, the influence of Cesar Manrique is unmistakable...
