The city museum is also housed in the old Beckum town hall. There is also the lesser known Carnival Museum. There you can see a lot and learn about the carnival history of Beckum. The two museums are not very large, but very informative. The facilities seemed a little dated when I last visited.

The city museum in Beckum is housed in the old town hall directly on the market square in Beckum. There is also a really good carnival museum in there. Since Beckum is a carnival stronghold nationwide with a lot of clubs and a lot of carnival floats.
