The Spirits Tower or Barbers Tower is a historic monument located in Metz, in the French department of Moselle.

The tower is part of the medieval ramparts of Metz and was used to defend the Grilles de la Basse-Seille bridge.

The Tour des Esprits is listed as a historic monument by decree of April 14, 1932, with the part of the ramparts starting from the tower towards the Camoufle tower, and the “low gates of the Seille”1.
