Good cycle path along the L213, which, however, already has some root damage.
From Nasseheide you drive to Birkhorstsiedlung next to the avenue of the road across the fields, then in the forest.
In Freienhagen there is no cycle path (contrary to the Komoot map), legally you have to ride on the road there.
