When you reach the old bridge you have a nice view of the ice rink line of the RE57, which passes here every half hour or hour. It's an interesting feeling to be standing right above it.
From here you continue through the forest to Oeventrop, but optionally also directly via the official bike path. For mountain bikers, there are some trails on the opposite Dammberg.
