This stone comes from the former border of the territories of the Principality of Ysenburg and the Landgraviate of Hesse-Darmstadt. It is labeled “Y,” “HD,” “1783,” “No 10,” and “50th Latitude.” It stood on the route of the A661 motorway and was moved here to this facility around 1970. It is said to be at the 50th parallel. However, new measurements have shown that this runs further east over Dreieichenhainer Fahrgasse.
