Schievenin is a fraction of the municipality of Quero Vas, in the province of Belluno.

It is located approximately in the middle of the valley of the same name, crossed by the Tegorzo stream.

It does not constitute a unitary center since the inhabitants are distributed in various hamlets and scattered houses: in addition to Schievenin itself, located on the banks of the Tegorzo stream, there is Borgo Chiesa, in a higher position (there is the parish church and the museum), Borgo Falladén, at the beginning of the valley of the same name, Borgo Spezia, along the road that goes from Schievenin to Borgo Chiesa (site of the former primary school), Borgo Castel Prada, towards the end of the Prada valley.

Location known for sport climbing as it has numerous cliffs.
