The top of the Gigüela (198 m.) has a small wooden viewpoint with a sign with a legend with the views that we can see despite its modest height, especially if we find ourselves on a clear day: we can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view 360° with a beautiful view of the city of Santander and its bay, practically the entire Municipality of Santa Cruz de Bezana, and even if the mist allows it, we can see the foothills of the Cantabrian Mountains and the Picos de Europa.

Hiking
Supposedly the maps do not show the summit of Alto de Cigüela there, it is a few meters further up the mountain: there is a path through which I have tried to enter, but a few meters after entering it is covered with a tangle of brambles and weeds and it is impossible to follow So we stayed at the viewpoint which also seems to be the highest point.
