Priesterbach - Sohlabsturz
The Priesterbach is the main body of water of the water maintenance association of the same name. The source area is west of the municipality of Breitenfelde, crosses it in an easterly direction and finally flows into the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. There are around 20 impassable cross structures in the approximately 13 km long body of water (as of 2005).

The trail is particularly beautiful in spring and summer when the adjacent meadows are ablaze with yellow wildflowers. This easy hike (about 5-6 km, approximately 1.5 hours) is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a short after-work walk. The paths are well-maintained, but sturdy footwear is recommended in damp weather.
