Raised observation post from the Nabu, which maintains and looks after the strictly protected area around the pond. In summer (bring your binoculars with you!) you can watch the waterfowl at the pond from the observation post. The Seebach is a beautiful, natural forest stream, a short hike in the area is definitely worth it! A detour to the nearby natural monument "Mammutbaum Märkle" is easy to incorporate.
