Roughly parallel to the private (not freely accessible) Ladies' walk, a tarmac road leads up in the shade. That road changes halfway into a path in a northwesterly direction (which immediately rejoins the coast). Or you follow the road in a northeasterly direction, where you can continue to Eldern Point (whether or not via a refresher at Pitt Farm campsite) and walk a nice round without duplications.
