Canada - a hamlet between Kleinbernsdorf and Schöna, created around 1930. Above all, it was returnees who cleared the forest to build small wooden houses. It is said that passers-by at that time reported about logging and building huts in the city (Münchenbernsdorf). The hustle and bustle was described as follows: "It looks like Canada there!" - according to the legend, this is how the name of the settlement came about.
