This is a great bit of road that connects the road up the Thouria gorge to the road out of Kalamata up the Nedontas gorge. This road skirts along the edge of the hills with spectacular views but watch out for some areas with bad surfaces and large potholes!

This unused road is magnificent. I made it in spring, with the smell of broom in bloom, between chestnut trees, fir trees, pines and ferns. There is a spring about 5 km from the junction, towards Neochori.
