A former factory where Amaro Bairo was produced based on the original recipe of the doctor (archiatrist) Pietro Michaeli, better known as Pietro Bairo, it dates back to the fifteenth century (1452), and was later taken over by the Buton company to produce amaro on an industrial scale.
