To cross, you are best to be on eastern side of bridge even if going south. Access via A14 road east of bridge, access A14 via Rua da Paz, that is south of A14

Still one lane and cycle path under construction, a bit steep at the beginning. We made the cars go slow. There are several options to take a breath on the lane under construction. Drivers were patient this time.

Right lane and pedestrian/bicycle path still closed in July. Crossing on the remaining lane seems allowed, but you have better nerves than the steel cables of the bridge.
