GB: The small valley with its stream was formed by tectonic processes and following weathering. A small stream cuts into the valley. In contrast to a U valley formed by glaciers, valleys formed by rivers usually show more pointed shapes (V val-ley). This is explained by the fact that the river cuts deeper and deeper into its bed. Flat areas around rivers result from meandering rivers, where the river washes out and away a wider area. These flat areas are called river terraces.
At the end of the valley is a zoo with exotic and native animals.
