Nice little cafe at the Iron Horse Saddlery. Loads of cakes to choose from plus paninis and soup if you fancy a bit more to eat. It was pretty busy when we called in so the service was a bit slow (it was the day after new years day and not many places were open) but the staff are really friendly so it's all good if you're not in too much of a rush.
They're open every day and on Thursdays the stay open late until 7.30pm: ironhorseequestriansupplies.co.uk/hayloft-tea-room.

Decent amount of grub for the price. The only downside is that it's upstairs - bit annoying when in road shoes.
