Chestenberg Trail

Demanding for our circumstances but feasible and worthwhile. You pass beautiful viewpoints, an antenna and a small Stone Age settlement. The path from Brunegg is wonderful at the beginning and goes along a very old road in the forest. From the fireplace then with 2-3 carrying and pushing everything along the ridge. The descent is particularly demanding. in the wet and in the dark. Roots and small ledges running diagonally to the path, partly exposed (on one side)…. Have fun and have a good trip!

I used to ride the trail from Wildegg.
This time from Brunegg....
I have the impression that Wildegg is the better option.

Even with the E-MTB this tour is not necessarily recommended as the rocks / rocks are slippery (although it is dry) and the path is very narrow and steep.
