The campground has 18 sites among Aspen and mixed conifers, adjacent to the Conejos River. Gold Medal trout fishing (fly-fishing only) in the Conejos River. Hiking on numerous area trails. The campground, among Aspen and mixed conifer trees, with some sites overlooking the river. It is convenient to several trails, the resort community of Platoro and the Platoro Reservoir. $23.00 per night. Open Season: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. - The second Tuesday of September.
