Protected area of 8.5 km2, founded in 1990 in order to preserve the landscape of the forested area in close proximity to Brno.
The nature park is located on a long wooded ridge with many meadows. The biggest natural attraction is the unique century-old oak stand with an herbaceous layer rich in rare plant species. There are about 50 species of birds.
