The windmill De Korenaer, also called Molen Prins Maurits, was built in 1721 on a substructure from 1595 and is located at Margaretha van Hennebergweg 2a in the Loosduinen district of The Hague. There was a mill on this site as early as 1310. The current mill is a round stone mill on a square stone base. The mill has two pairs of grinding stones, each with a regulator for grinding grain. The millstones are artificial stones with a diameter of 140 cm.

The flight is 21.60 m and old Dutch rigged. The iron rods are welded. The blades are adjusted by the wind with a wheel. The wheelwork consists of 30 wooden rollers in wooden roller carriages.

The upper axle from 1873 from the manufacturer De Prins van Oranje in The Hague was replaced in 1980 due to a break in the axle head.

The catch is a Flemish catch with a hook, which consists of 4 blocks and is operated from the rack with a rocking stick.

The regrind is raised (hoisted) and shot (lowered) with a drag mechanism.
