Brewery / monastery on the Belgian-Dutch border, which is also very nicely displayed on the road just north of the monastery (tip to visit).
Especially the Achelse brown beer that is brewed in the monastery at a delicious 8% is also very tasty during the bike ride ;-)translated by

Very beautiful abbey and monastery complex right on the border with the Netherlands and Belgium.
A place of rest and reflection can be found here as well as a monastery shop.
In addition, it is a historic site with a gruesome memorial "" an electric death fence from WW1.
