Start of the Laghi Gemelli Trail

Quite a challenging trek, not very long, but with around 900m of altitude difference.
Carrying out the tour at the beginning of November, after an initial part that is still easily practicable, it is easy to come across sections of the path that are completely frozen and/or covered in snow; the route remains equally feasible and very fascinating, but it is advisable to equip yourself correctly with grappling hooks for your boots and any poles to avoid the risk of getting hurt.

The path rises on the shore of the artificial lake of Carona, where you can also park for a fee (there is also a bar with various services): in a few hours from here you can reach the Twin Lakes
