The peak belongs to the Crown of Polish Mountains, the Crown of the Sudetes and the Crown of the Polish Sudetes.
Skopiec is the third highest peak in the Kaczawskie Mountains. Formerly it was considered the highest, now Baraniec and Folwarczna are considered higher. It rises in the central part of the South Ridge, in the shape of a faintly marked dome, with an indistinctly emphasized top part and moderately steep slopes. The surface of the plateau is so even that the top is difficult to recognize in the field.

There is no trail leading to the top. You should leave the blue trail at the so-called red beech (tree).
