Throughout history it has received numerous restorations, the last in 1950 by the Marquises of Alfarràs. It is a simple building, with a single rectangular nave, with an entrance door with a semicircular arch and a porthole window. It is crowned by a belfry bell tower. A sacristy was added to its south façade in the 17th century. Inside there are remains of paintings in a side arch, a baroque wood carving dedicated to Sant Joan and a colored tile altar frontal, dating from the 17th century, dedicated to Sant Joan, the Mare de Déu and Sant Ramon. from Penyafort.
