Corrado Bianco ("Barbarossa"), born on November 19th, 1920 in Castigliole d'Asti, killed in action in Crevacuore di Calosso on December 23rd, 1944. The partisan of the IXth Garibaldi Division was tasked with bringing important documents to the partisan commander Rocca in Calosso. He was killed in an ambush by a spy in the ranks of the partisans, shot in the neck and then thrown into a well, only to be found days later.
