Hiking
This short hike over rocky underground provides you with an unique chance to witness these seemingly absurd but majestic birds in their natural habitat. It leads you to their lek, as well as their breeding sites, where you'll be able to observe them (in silence!) while they go about their day. It takes roughly 20 mins each way, but most time you'll likely spend at the viewpoints. The route has some excellent (but French) informative signs.
