Monument 78 Camp is located only about 300 meters from the U.S.-Canada border, directly on the famous Pacific Crest Trail.

The camp has room for several tents, has an outhouse and fireplaces. Water is available in Castle Creek, which is crossed by a wooden bridge. To stay here you need a backcountry permit from BC Parks for E. C. Manning Park: bcparks.ca/registration The fee is 5 Dollars per person per night.
