The Ischler Hütte is operated by the Austrian Alpine Club and lies on the edge of the Totes Gebirge. The cozy mountain hut can be reached in a two and a half hour hike from the parking lot at the Rettenbachalm and is a great base for further exploration in the mountains of the Totes Gebirge.
