From La Barona to Les Useres, we find one of the longest and most foul straights of all those existing in the interior lands of our province. Almost 4 kilometers completely flat, crossing the Rambla de la Viuda and reeking of pigs, which is great. But, from a distance we can glimpse the municipality of Les Useres in an elevated position. And after passing an area of steep slopes, we undertake the final climb to the municipality, which is not exactly exempt from harsh percentages. Almost 2 kilometers until reaching the Costur-Atzeneta junction, and with about 900 finishes in which the slope does not drop below 8 percent at any time, reaching a punctual 12% right at the entrance of Les Useres. Arrived in this municipality of wines and pilgrims, we have two options: continue ascending gently towards Costur, with which we would be completing the Coll de Pau, or continue towards Atzeneta ascending its port on the southern slope.
