Badenweiler's local mountain - the ascent can be tackled via wider hiking trails or wonderful small trails. Sure-footedness and good shoes are a prerequisite. Lots of spots with great views. Arrived at the summit, climb the last steps from the lookout tower again and you have a magnificent view of the Swiss Alps, the Vosges, the Rhine Valley and of course the Black Forest. The Berghaus Hochblauen, with its large sun terrace, also invites you to linger.
