According to legend, the stone block has several impressions that can be interpreted as hand, elbow and foot (I recognized the foot clearly, the others a little less). If someone had pain in these parts of the body, they made a pilgrimage to the stone, put their arm or foot in the right place, and were healed. The whole legend is on a sign next to the stone.
