in this remote district of Marana lived a local artist, nicknamed the "Modigliani" for the style of his works. He produced statues that perhaps recall the style of Modigliani, but also the style of the Maia warriors who leave the traveler of these villages impressed

Contrà Pozza di Marana is an ancient, genuine, suggestive and silent district perched on the left orographic side of the deep upper Chiampo Valley: stone walls, wooden stairs and balconies give the town an atmosphere of times gone by (only a couple of large windows and spatula-painted walls clash with the authenticity of the place).

Unique and particular is the Oratory of San Matìo (San Matteo), an example of popular art:
