The beach path is car-free, except for a few access roads to houses. Ideal route for families, as gravel path and therefore no racing cyclists. Often used by older e-bikers. On nice weekends, it is a bit crowded in front of Schmerikon. Various rest stops line the path, in Bollingen even a fireplace with wood.
