The lookout tower was erected in 1907. Presumably, it was also to be used as a water tower. Currently, the tower is a tourist attraction and is specially adapted for visitors. There is a climbing wall on the back wall of the tower. There is also a music club and a cafe in the tower. Apparently available. I have never succeeded.
