Seebarn Castle near Harmannsdorf in the Korneuburg district in Lower Austria is a castle with an estate. It is still owned by the descendants of the Counts von Wilczek.

The two-winged building was built in the second half of the 17th century and redesigned around 1740 and in the 19th century under Carl Gangolf Kayser. It is surrounded by a partially preserved stone wall.

It should not be confused with Seebarn Castle on the Wagram.
