Around the Città della domenica, once an attraction for families from all over Italy, and still a place worth visiting, there are several secondary roads and paths, some suitable for Gravel, others more suitable for MTB. You can enjoy a beautiful view of Perugia (southern side) and its expansion towards Trasimeno (western side). It is worth a visit.
