The trail starts from the lakes of Coredo and following the trail signs with the signs S.Romedio you reach a junction leading to the locality "7 Larici" from here you can continue through the "Predaia MTB" up to the top of the mountain, or descend towards the Coredo lakes through a path used for cross-country skiing.
