Great way to bypass Brinnington Road, crossing under the M60 from Reddish Vale Country Park (just by Brinnington Tunnel) to Welkin Mill. No barriers, but a short section of the north side is a bit bumpy for road tyres, so don't be afraid to walk the steep bit.
