The Church of St. Michael was built between 1687 and 1689 as a successor to a dilapidated Romanesque church that stood here. The builders were the Counts Preysing von Hohenaschau. The very magnificent interior is by the Graubünden brothers Giulio and Pietro Zucalli, who also built the Theatinerkirche in Munich. The church is built in the Italian Baroque style. Beautiful, small church that invites you to linger.
