Il Mulino di Bert, owned by the Zoratto family, is located in an ancient water mill dating back to 1450, still functioning and with a sales point. In addition to being able to visit it, you can buy stone-ground flours from cereals from organic Friulian crops such as wheat, buckwheat, spelled and polenta corn; piled cereals and other products processed by Berto Zoratto and his son Cristian such as stockfish, beaten with the pestle used for flax, and hemp, as per tradition.
