The well was discovered during cleaning works in 2011. It is an object from the 13th century. During the renovation works, a medieval stone ball and a brick from the 18th century were excavated and placed in the wall by the well. The object perfectly relates to the story of a local gravedigger who in the 17th century was supposed to poison all city wells, for which he was sentenced to torture and death at the stake.
