    Hiking

Over a length of around 1.5 kilometers, the many facets of the Moor habitat are vividly explained at a total of 11 different locations. The stations include a bog body with dragonflies, a dwarf shrub moorland, a bog forest with whistling grass, an old hand stitch, a transitional and Schwingrasenmoor and a degraded, but renaturierungsfähiges moor. Why bog protection is also climate protection and why the EU supports the Life + project "Hannoversche Moorgeest" - answers to these questions are also available on the nature trail.
